I have a dear friend in UCLA with whom I keep up a regular correspondence. She just messaged me to crow about the fact that her university is hosting Leonard Nimoy and Zachary Quinto for a public Q&A and lecture. I am so goddamn jealous that I can’t see straight.

Zachary Quinto is just so incredibly adorable in so many ways. I swooned over him in Heroes, but the Star Trek reboot pretty much cemented my adoration. The interviews with him and Chris Pine are. Ugh. Do want. I told her to lick his eyebrows for me, failing an autograph-get. And that Nimoy fella is awesome too.

Looking back at all my “likes” and those poor sods that I’ve gone and officially followed, I realize that my preferences are so painfully blatant that there’s almost no point in pretending sophistication. Damn nerd roots are showing.
